PHM Engineering grew from a small team of experienced and skilled designers and engineers working within the Group to an established formal entity in 2005, currently employing 126 people, 6 of which are PhD holders.
 
PHM Engineering conducts project work for mining and processing enterprises, energy facilities and infrastructure and supervises the engineering and building of all industrial units within the Group.
